Maybe you’ve heard about chiropractic care through a friend or did some research online. Maybe you’re just tired of living in pain. If going to the chiropractor is a new experience for you, don’t worry! We’re here to help rid your pain, restore your range of motion and get back on your feet. Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your chiropractor, and a chance for us to get to know you!
New Patients
When you call to schedule, we will ask you for an email where we can send you a link to our electronic forms. You will be asked to create a username and password before the forms are able to be opened. They should take about 10-15 minutes in total. If you prefer to fill the forms out in the office, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and we will provide them to you on an iPad. Your skilled Chiropractor will perform a physical examination to learn more about the cause of your pain. Depending on your situation, we may provide you with a prescription for x-rays. We’ll also discuss your past medical history, assess your current condition and allow you to be an active participant in setting your goals. Perhaps you just want to be out of pain...or maybe you want to be able to perform better in a sport...or even be able to get up and down from the floor with ease while playing with your grandkids.
We will take a look at the overall results, and together, come up with a plan of care specifically for you. We will talk about the type of treatment you will be receiving, any preparation necessary before beginning treatment, and when you can expect to see results. We will also discuss any lifestyle changes that may help you with your goals. As your partner in improving your health, your Chiropractor will be with you every step of the way during your treatment.
